At Microblading Denver we provide our clients with the best permanent make-up procedures, fulfilled with the industry's highest standards and ethics. Enhancing the natural beauty of every client is not only the pinnacle of our industry, it is our living mission. The following policies have been established in order to continuously provide the level of service our clients deserve to experience.


  • As established in our FAQ's there must be a deposit of $50 made in order to book an appointment. Whether the appointment is booked directly by the client at  or requested and agreed upon by us and the client through any other communication method, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, email or phone. This also includes any of their proprietary platforms or tools, such as Messenger. This amount is part of the total amount for the procedure, regardless if the total amount is a full price or part of a promotional engagement. If the client is not a suitable candidate for any of our procedures, then the deposit will be refunded at our sole discretion. 

  • A bank card or credit card may be placed on the client's file. An additional $50 may be charged if the client does not show up for their scheduled appointment. In order to avoid the additional charge, the client must contact Microblading Denver with at least 24 hours prior to the time of the appointment in order to reschedule or cancel. If the appointment is cancelled the client forfeits the booking deposit fee.

  • The client agrees to pay for all services scheduled, rendered, booking fees, and any additional fees that may  arise as a part of the procedure. For example excessive shape design during a consultation or prior to a procedure. 

  • No refunds of any kind will be granted for services already rendered.​

  • Microblading Denver reserves the right to refuse any client for any reason.

Prep and Aftercare

  • The client agrees to the Prep and Aftercare Routine. It is the sole responsibility of the client to be aware of any contraindications listed on the Prep and Aftercare page. Furthermore, the client agrees to hold Microblading Denver not liable for any reason.This includes any failure by the client to not follow the required regiment, or special instructions added to the aftercare by any esthetician or agent of Microblading Denver.

Phase 2 and 3 procedures (Touch-UPS)
  • A touch-up is part of any successful procedure. Our touch-ups are included in the price, hence there is no additional cost for the touch-up after the original work session when the procedure was performed. Microblading Denver reserves the right to modify this pricing structure at its sole discretion which may be a result of special engagement pricing. 

  • During the touch-up the work will be evaluated and a determination will be made by the esthetician as to what type of work must be performed, while providing guidance to the client as to what will be best for their specific procedure. The client also has the opportunity to provide feedback to the esthetician as to the desired look.

  • In the event that a client requires more than one touch-up, it will be performed by Microblading Denver at our own discretion, as well as whether this touch-up will incur an additional charge.
